Thanks for all the emails and phone calls keeping us up to date on the status at your factory. We feel like we have corresponded individually with most of you multiple times in the last 10 days, but in case we missed anyone we thought a blanket update would be prudent.
Hossley Lighting Associates is and will continue to remain open for business! All of our normal services are available to all of our mutual customers in all our territories. We are adjusting daily to the directives we receive from all governmental authorities. Currently schools and non-essential work is suspended until March 27th, with a likely extension until April 3rd.
All of our office staff has the ability to work remote and most already are working remotely. Our office lines forward direct to our teams’ cell phones so there is no disruption as to how you are able to reach anyone on our team Some are still opting to still work in our offices but are separating and distancing per the recommended guidelines. We anticipate and have prepared for those offices to be directed by the government authorities to mandatorily “Shelter in Place” at some time in the future.
Business is slowing significantly. Job sites are shutting down for an estimated 2-3 week period. Today, we are preparing for business to pick up again in mid to late-April. We will be ready!
To reiterate, we are servicing customers with all the same capabilities before the Covid-19 pandemic and are looking for ways to educate our Staff, Specifiers, Contractors and Distributors while they are in their homes. We have created a library of training videos (product and installation). If you have any video content you would like to add to our library, send us a link or the content (TDonaldson@hlalighting.com) and we will add them.
