“Tracie goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is taken care of in a timely manner. Even when that means working early in the morning and late most evenings. She is quick to respond to requests from her inside group as well, even in the middle of quoting multiple jobs daily. She never makes you feel like you are bothering her which says a lot about who she is. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help get a customer taken care of and will back up any teammate, without complaint. Tracie is a true team player, and we are lucky to have her.
