We are announcing the October employees of the month ~ Heath Jarrett and Kim Smith!

For the October winners, I am just copying and pasting their peers’ comments because they are awesome!

Heath Jarrett in Customer Service

Heath Jarret

-Heath is NEVER in a bad mood, always happy and goofy. He will always lend a helping hand anywhere it is needed. Customer Service would not be the same without him!

-He demonstrates good customer service skills. Consistently dependable and punctual in reporting to work. He brings a smile and positivity to work every day.

-He joined the HLPS family a little over a year and a half ago, was completely new to the industry, and jumped right in with a great attitude and eagerness to learn. He has grown into his Customer Service role, and even though changing territories a few times, he continues to excel at taking care of our customers, learning about the industry, and helping his coworkers wherever necessary. He comes to the office every day with a great attitude and continues to keep us laughing with his quirky humor.

-He’s got a contagious can-do attitude and is always available if someone needs a helping hand with their workload, or if someone has a technical question on a process.

Kim Smith in Sales

Kimberly Smith

– Ok, after much thought, I am going with Kim Smith. She has been killing it when it comes to being involved/responsive on her projects.

– Kim works with great professionalism, precision, and excellence (for example: last month’s shout-out to her regarding the Shell project). Not only does she get the job done, but she takes great care of the project details and is thoughtful towards everyone involved (clients, in-house HLPS teammates, manufacturers, etc). Kim has been an amazing teammate and friend to work with.  She deserves the recognition, and I really hope she wins it this month!

-She takes the time to understand what the project and the client need and relays it in an organized and logical fashion. She’s always quick to respond and ensures we have the tools to perform our job efficiently. She’s also just an awesome person ????

-This time, I’d like to nominate Kim Smith. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with and work with. Plus, she feeds me cookies from time to time, so there’s that!

Cheers, and keep up the great work!
